Generally, driving force of a car is originated from the charged voltage of battery.

This battery is charged by converting the alternating current voltage which is generated by the operation of alternator at time of engine driving into the direct current voltage, and the charged voltage moves a car again or is supplied as a lighting source of other lamps.

If a car is not used for a long time, only discharge is realized in a state that charge is not realized, and if the charge amount becomes over a fixed amount, the battery becomes a state of complete discharge for which recharge is impossible, and it should be replaced.

And, nowadays black boxes are recording the images of traffic accident and parking for 24 hours, and the cars are more discharged when they are used with the power being connected for the convenience equipment of black box etc. to be operated for 24 hours while the alternator is not being driven rather than when the cars are discharged by simply not being used for a long time, which causes much inconvenience and damage of car terror, theft and other criminals.

These convenience equipment may include black box, parking number plate, monitoring equipment etc.

However, there has been no charging equipment which charges the battery automatically if the discharge of battery is reached above a threshold value, and a car could not be used, or battery was replaced, or problems were frequently happened to the convenience equipment of black box etc. due to the discharge of battery when a car is parked for a long time or various convenience equipment is operated for 24 hours.

The power supplying equipment for black box according to this invention has the effects of preventing the discharge of a car battery, the effects of preventing traffic accident and theft, parking terror etc. and the effects of preventing the decrease of battery lifespan or generation of waste battery due to the battery discharge by operating the black box by use of the solar cell of standby power supplying equipment by the control signal if the charging voltage of battery for starting up of a car is dropped under a fixed value of set voltage (V), and by starting up of a car again and by recharging the battery if the voltage stored at the solar cell is also dropped under a fixed value and it becomes difficult to operate the black box.

1. Automatic charging device for detecting vehicle battery discharge

It is a full-automatic car battery discharge-preventive charging device completed with patent registration, copyright registration and obtaining KC certificate first in the country. As this product has a built-in full-automatic MYCOM program, it always senses voltage and it starts the engine to charge the battery when the set low voltage is sensed and stops the engine when the charging is completed.

In order to protect the car, place the gear in neutral position before use. (Especially when this product is used for the car with manual gear, it must be used in neutral gear. In case of manually geared vehicle, if low voltage is sensed and the engine is started not in neutral gear, it may cause collision or accident.) The car owner, manager and driver should assume full responsibility to ensure the car in neutral.

1) Voltage (V) indicating LED - Indicate current battery voltage and use as display for time setting and start malfunction (Err). If Err is indicated, the car is in the condition that startup cannot be made and it indicates that there is a fault in vehicle device such as battery, fuel amount, alternator, start motor, ignition plug, etc., so it should be checked and remedied. (If battery is deteriorated or discharged, it cannot start the vehicle at low-voltage startup, so it should be replaced.)

2) Output Power - Power supply jack (12V/24V) for black box etc.

4) Time setting and forced startup button test button - If power is applied, the current voltage is automatically displayed

Forced startup test is a method for checking whether it is mounted properly, which is used to demonstrate performance of engine startup and stop, and the user should be well-informed of instructions and maintenance for the product.

1) Vehicle with normal ignition key

Press ④ button under voltage indicator 6 times continuously and FFF is displayed and after a while, normal voltage is displayed and the engine starts. (If the door pin is connected, the engine stops when the door is open or the power connector is disconnected.)
- Condition : If the battery voltage is below 12.2V, the engine starts immediately and if the voltage excesses 12.3v, the forced startup test should be performed after lowering the voltage by turning on dome light, tail light, emergency light, etc.

Press the button twice and the initial setting time (10.0minuts) is displayed, and 20.0 minutes on pressing 3 times and 30.0 minutes on pressing 4 times are displayed. When the desired setting time is displayed, stop pressing the button and time is set with flickering and the current voltage (V) is automatically displayed. In order to reset time, disconnect power to initialize the setting time and reset the time as per above procedure.

It should be installed as instructed in the instruction manual and it is recommended to use a specialist or the designated installation shop.
1. After completing connection of following wires to main power of the vehicle, connect the connector where the wires are connected and the connector of the body.
2. Attach the body of product at the left space of steering wheel to secure a clear view.

Make sure to separate the body for the vehicle maintenance.
